I participated in the Japan India Global Education and Research (JIGER) Center Kick-off Symposium held in Room 601, No. 17, where I presented a poster titled “Evaluation of bone regenerative and bioactive potential of β-TCP/PLLA/PGA nanobiomaterial in conjunction with concentrated conditioned media from rapidly expanding clone (REC) of mesenchymal stem cells: A pilot animal study.” Participating in the JIGER Symposium and presenting my poster was a valuable experience. It provided an opportunity to share my research and receive constructive feedback from researchers and clinicians in the field. Through discussions and other presentations. This experience strengthened my motivation to further develop my research.

この度、島根県松江市くにびきメッセにて行われたJapan India Global Education and Research Center kick-off symposium に参加させていただき、「Clinical evaluation of a novel cotton-like β-TCP/PLLA/PGA bone graft material for jawbone defects following cystectomy」に関しましてポスター発表を行ってまいりました。自身の研究内容を多くの人に見ていただき、今後の展望になる質問もいただきました。英語での説明が求められ説明に苦渋する事もありましたが、何とか伝えるという経験ができ自身の英語学習のモチベーションも高まりました。
このような貴重な機会をいただけたこと、発表のご指導いただいたことを管野 貴浩 教授 を始めとした口腔外科の先生方に厚く御礼申し上げます。

本年、島根大学は、日本とインドの高等教育機関・医療機関との学術交流を推進し、教育・研究・人材育成を包括的に発展させることを目的とする拠点を立ち上げました。とくに医学・歯学・工学・看護学など多分野にわたる連携を通じて、学生交換、共同研究、短期研修、オンライン教育プログラム等を展開し、日印双方の持続的な学術ネットワークの構築を図ることを目的としています。本日開催されたそのキックオフシンポジウムにおいて基調講演をおこなって参りました。インドからも多くの参加者が来日されており、有意義な意見交換を行うことが出来ました。
